Model: 5000 Full Liner

The Kratobag Series 5000 covers all six sides of your shipping container and features a wide opening for conveyor loading on the front bulkhead. The bottom spout makes unloading easy.They are commonly used for various meal exports.

5000 Open Top

The Kratobag Series 5100 is an open-top liner that features three separate loading and unloading spouts on the front bulkhead. The top spout allows you to quickly load dry bulk goods while the two lower spouts help speed up the unloading process.

5100 Open Top (Barless Model)

The Kratobag Series 5100 is an open-top liner that covers five sides of your shipping container and features a wide opening for conveyor loading on the front bulkhead. The bottom spout makes unloading easy.

6000 Wet-Hide Liner

The Kratobag Series Model: 6000 PE Liner is a polyethylene coated liner, the protective layer prevents and reduces leakages from the hides, caustic items or anything that may discharge a liquid. This liner can be combined with our Hypad for optimum protection and to meet regulations.

Temcore 40’ Full Liner

The Temcore 40’ Full Liner provides complete protection for 40’ shipping containers. These liners cover all six sides of your shipping container, keeping temperatures stable even when your cargo is exposed to extreme climates

Temcore 20’ Full Liner

Kratobag is a shipping liner solution that comes in several varieties, detailed below:

Kratobag Series 6000: This shipping liner features a large opening at its front and is fastened with a secure belt.
Kratobag Series 5100: This sea bulk liner is loaded through a top loading spout, then expelled through two spouts at the bottom after reaching its destination.
Kratobag Series 5000: This shipping liner features an entry top spout and is expelled through a spout at the bottom of the liner.
Kratobag Series 4000: This dry bulk container liner is loaded by a conveyor belt at the top of the front bulkhead, then emptied through a convenient bottom spout.

A bulkhead is included with shipping container liners. Bulkheads act as a fourth wall that keeps goods in place at the container’s opening, whether the door is open or closed. Most of the time, bulkheads are made from corrugated cardboard or another material and exist separately from the ocean container liner. However, with some Kratobag varieties, the bulkhead is built into the liner for added convenience and ease of install of bars.

Depending on the material, liners can be loaded or unloaded in various ways. Fine, lightweight products such as powders and sands can be packed into containers using gravity or pneumatic loading techniques. Larger or heavier bulk goods—including beans, grains, or pellets—can instead travel down a conveyor belt into the container liner. In all cases, the goods generally enter the liner through an opening near the top of the material.

Unloading is similarly dependent on the product inside the liner. Potential options for discharge include funneling the goods to a silo via a hose or relying on gravity to empty the contents into a pit or down a ramp.
